Worship in Public!

"Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands!" - Psalms 100:1  God says we should make a noise! This means we should love God, praise Him and worship Him everyday! Worshipping God can have a huge impact on our lives! There are many stories of how God uses Jesus or The Apostles to heal people. The very interesting part is when the person leaps and jumps for joy! Your praising God! In Luke 17:17 says "We're there not ten men healed? How come a foreigner of Isreal has only come to worship God?" How can I say thank you to God? By praising Him!Give a joyful shout! Even in times where nothing is there! God will restore it! There is always a trial in football to see if your good enough. It's the same with God! God tests you and trials you to see if your good enough! Get through that trial! Study References: Psalms 100:1 Luke 17:17

The Biggest Mistake to Make...

"'Trust the Lord with all your heart. Don't depend on your own understanding. Remember Him in all you do, and He will give you success" - Proverbs 3:5-6 If we think that we have more power than anyone in the whole entire Universe then we have made the BIGGEST mistake ever! We should not honour our own understanding! "Love the Lord your God, with the fullness of your heart, soul and strength" - Mark 12:30. If we lean on our own understanding we have made the wrong decision. This leads to hundreds more wars, corruptions and political problems... But, if we acknowledge the fact that it is not by our power or our strength but by God, we shall receive 'eternal benefits' and live with God forever. Zechariah says "The Lord said to me: 'It is not by people's power or strength or might but by Me the Lord of Hosts" - Zechariah 4:6 No matter how hard we work on a subject that you haven't put God into, there is no success coming your w

How can I stay pure? - Psalms 119:9-11

"How can a young person stay pure? By listening to your Word. I have sought for you with my whole heart. Do not let  me wonder from your commandments.  I have hidden your word in my heart so that I may not Sin against you" - Psalms 119:9-11 We can stay pure in God's Word! Our World is full of Sin. War, corruption, hunger, political problems.... Every one wishes for World Peace! Peace only comes through God! Helping spread the Word of God is the greatest thing you can do in your life! The Bible says "...Heavan rejoices when one soul is saved..."(Luke 15:7) You will be doing God a big favour in his plan to reconcile us to Him! "Let us worship and bow down to God, let us bow down to the Lord our Maker" (Psalms 95:6) Yes! The Lord is worthy to be praised(Psalms 145:3)! If we do what we want we will only find treasury- that causes trouble. But with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26)  and our reward in heaven will be great. (Matthew 5:12) Stu

GOD can use ANYONE AND ANYTHING!

"The Name of God is a strong tower that the good run into" - Proverbs 18:10 God likes it when His name is praised. We should say thank you by worshipping Him and obeying Him. There is no other greater gift than God sending Jesus for dying for us! Jesus laid down his life for us! "God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only son. And whoever believes in Him will not be lost but will be with God" - John 3:16 God is with us! Who shall be against us? "If God is with us who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31 Paul. Peter and the other apostles were inexperienced men before they met Jesus! God can work through anyone! Deny It or Stand for it!

" But the people who trust the Lord will become strong again. They will be able to rise up as an eagle in the sky.      They will run without needing rest.      They will walk without becoming tired." - Isaiah 40:31 God tells his people to have faith in Him even when hopes are down! But if we do, we are rewarded with the Strength and Power of God always by our side! Even though we did not deserve it, God made sure that we, if we choose to will live with Him forever. In the New Heaven! What things will happen when we know the End is Coming? The Book of Revelation tells us! "Be on your guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be strong and courageous" - I Corinthians 16:13  Be strong and courageous! God will be with us! "...even when I take the darkest paths and am in the eye of death, You are with me.." Psalms 23:4. Even when there is a choice to deny your faith or die for it! Imagine, you are in Court. You have two choices.  1. To deny God  2. Stand

But Now be Strong!

"But now be strong, O Zerubbabel,’ declares the LORD. ‘Be strong, O Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest. Be strong, all you people of the land,’ declares the LORD, ‘and work. For I am with you,’ declares the LORD Almighty. ‘This is what I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt. And my Spirit remains among you. Do not fear.’" - Haggai 2:4-5 "I have an ACT in two weeks. I'm kinda nervous, to be honest. What should I do?" Believe in God! Pray continually! Always study HARD! Be truthful at all times! We need to be strong! Even  in times where you THINK you've worked hard but instead of an A you get a D. Not fair :(. But even in our times of troubles we should have Joy!  "Consider it joy, my friends, when you face trials of many kinds" (James 1:2) God is with you! God is greater than the Incredible Hulk! Or Iron Man! Or The Flash! "What then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?"

Consider it PURE Joy! - Jam 1:2

"Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy good food and sweet drinks. Send some to people who have none. Today is a holy day to the Lord. Don’t be sad. The joy of the Lord will make you strong.” - Neh 8:10 The Joy of the Lord is your strength! This verse talks about Joy. The Joy that helps you in times of trouble. Matthew 14:27 says "But Jesus immediately said to them: "Take courage!...Don't be afraid." Yes! We should take courage! For he is with us! Even when the Master of Misery has purely stolen our joy. "Consider it pure joy, my friends, when you face trials of many kind" - James 1:2. James is right! Consider it Joy when your joy is gone! It sounds hard doesn't it? Philippians 4:13 says "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength!" So I can do it! A Result of Fogivness to Foreverness

"and teach them to obey everything I have commanded and taught you. Therefore, I will be with you always, even to the end of the Earth" - Matthew 28:20 God is always with us! He said so in His Word! There are loads of places he said so like in... 1. Joshua 1:5 "... just as I was with Moses so shall I be with you" 2.  Galatians 2:20 "...who loved me and gave himself for me" 3. John 3:16 "For God so loved the world. That he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him will not die spiritually but have God's life in them spiritually and physically" 4. Ephesians 2:4-5 "...Made us alive together with Christ— by grace you have been saved—" There are so many ways that God can and does help us, strengthen's us and delivers us in times of troubles. The verse above talks about God always being with us forever, even though we're on Earth and Him in Heaven. Jesus Christ pays for every single Sin we do! He made us

Let us throw off - Heb 12:1

"So let us throw off any sin that stands in our way. Let us throw off any sin that holds onto us so tightly" - Hebrews 12:1 This verse talks about SIN. What is Sin? Sin is - Missing the mark Not living up to God's moral standards. Disobedience to Divine law. An inward element, presence or power that produces immoral actions. Sin breaks our relationship with God. It blocks our path. Sin is all of that stuff above! But Sin can lead us to disobeying God. It can stop us from having prayerful lives. "Be on your guard, stand firm in the Faith" (1 Cor 16:13). We can stop sin from stopping us being close to God! There are lots of ways that we can keep in touch with God! Like... -Praying (1 Peter 5:8 says 'Your enemy the Devil prowls around like a lion looking for someone to devour') - Reading Our Bible ("Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path" - Psalms 119:105) Sometimes, doing what God wants is hard and we want to do t

Why I'm Here

My daily devotions (scriptures) are a big part of my day. Without them I wouldn't feel like my day would have started. They are what I'm made of. The way I do it is I read a chapter of a book (sometimes more) then whatever I have learnt/read I write down in a Note Book. It has really taken part of my life and I  love   to share them with others! As a result, I started a Verse of the Day section on my website. Also as a result, I started e-mailing them to people. Then, I started the idea for this blog. The Bible can impact and change anyone's life!  Tune in every day for a VOTD :)  If you don't have a bible, you can either download an app or go to https://www.biblegateway.com to read one

A Personal Relationship with the Creator of Dusk and Dawn

"He is the one who makes the mountains.      He creates the wind.      He makes his thoughts known to man. He changes the dawn into darkness.      He walks over the mountains of the earth.      His name is the Lord God of heaven’s armies. " - Amos 4:13  This verse talks about the power of the Lord. Whenever it says "He" it means God. He has the power to create wind, make mountains, bring dawn and dusk and he commands Heaven's army! He makes things in a flash and yet, his plans take a long time to reveal to us (man)! And God still has time to love us and share his thoughts to us personally as Jesus said in John 10:3 "The sheep listens to the voice of the shepherd. He calls them by there name " Jesus is that shepherd! He is the one that knows our names! He is the one that redeemed us by dying on that cross! Jesus is also described as,  "Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace and King David's Succe

Put on the armour! The Armour! The Armour! The Armour of God!

' Order the buckler and shield, and draw near to battle! Harness the horses, and mount up you horsemen! Stand forth with your helmets , polish the spears, put on the armour!  - Jeremiah 46: 3-4 This verse talk about a battle. Not a battle of the physical (the seen) but a battle of the spiritual (the unseen). We need to stand up in the faith! We must defend ourselves from the enemy! "Be clear-minded and alert. Your opponent, the devil, is prowling around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour." - 1 Peter 5:8. What do we need to do to shield us from the enemy? How do we stop "the roaring lion"  from attacking us? Here's the good news! God has given us an armour! The Armour of God (or AOG for short) in Ephesians 6:14-17 talks about this armour what we should wear, do and understand! " Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readine
