DON'T LET THE DEVIL TOUCH THAT KEY!

"Consider it pure joy my brothers and sisters when you face trials of many kinds for you know that these things are testing you and out of that comes patience" - James 1:2-3  Jesus knows that as Christians, we have a life that not one of us would not like to live. Satan knows this to. This is why he steals a valuable Jewel of the Christian life. Joy. Once he has stolen our joy he can use that key to access vital information and change our attitude. He will try. But Jesus said that when he does try to steal this key, that we should be happy and patient about it. "I may be tempted...but God will make a way for me to bare it" - 1 Corinthians 10:13. DON'T LET THE DEVIL TOUCH THAT KEY!

OBEY or DISOBEY?

"Love the Lord your God, with all your heart, with all your mind, and with all your strength" - Mark 12:30  When we listen to God, we get rewards. When we don't listen to God, we don't get rewards. It's as easy as A,B,C or 1,2,3. And plenty of those rewards are ones we don't deserve. For example, when King Solomon was wise and asked for wisdom (2 Chronicles 1), he got many more riches than he imagined. Wealth, success, continued victory. But, after King Solomon got married, his wives came along and brought other gods too(1 Kings 11). Then God let his enemies conquer him. See, if we obey God, he'll give us all the pleasure we could ever want. But we need to sustain it by continuing to serve Him, otherwise trouble is heading our way.  OBEY or DISOBEY? God's Spirit - The Mind of Christ!

"I have swept away your offences like a cloud, your sins like a morning midst. Return to Me for I have redeemed you" - Isaiah 44:22 NIV When we read the verse above, we sometimes question who is talking and what this means. Isaiah, through God's Spirit, is talking about Jesus the Saviour to come. Many Christians think that God's Spirit was only mentioned in the New Testament. You are FULLY INCORRECT! God's has been here since the world began. When I mean God, I mean God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit [God's Spirit]. Isaiah was speaking through God's Spirit. Jesus was informing them to prepare and gather your things ready for him to heal. If God's Spirit is in us, we can do the world of Christ even more abundantly! "The things that I do, those who follow me will do even more" - John 14:12  We have the mind of Christ! (1 Corinthians 2:16)
"Give thanks to the Lord of lords, his love endures forever. Give thanks to the God of gods, his love endures forever " - Psalms 136:2-4

New Creation!

"Therefore, if anyone is Christ he is a new creation. The old has passed away, behold the new has come" - 2 Corinthians 5:17 We are new creations!

Overcome! Not the perished one!

Matthew 10:28, Jesus says, " Do not fear those who kill the body and not the soul but fear Him that can kill the body and the soul in Hell" Yikes! Hell is not a good place. It is filled to the brim with unquenched fire that goes on forever. Burning, gnashing of teeth, those who wish they were Christians are all there. Jesus Christ has overcome the world as he says in John 6:33 "Do not fear little children, for I have overcome the world.."  Now, Jesus Christ dwells in us. Philipp

The Full Armour Of God!

"Our victory comes through our faith" - 1 John 5:4 Hello again! VOTD is now officially starting again! Back to the point... Faith is a very powerful weapon- if we use it correctly. Sometimes other things in life can distract us from praying and keeping up our usual faith duties. For example, a man has a show to go to about the bible to do and is pretty excited. Demons check his standards in faith which are all dangerously low. They attack him and later that man learns that aswell as doing thing for other people we should worry about ourselves too.(Bibleman: Breaking the Bonds of disobedience) Faith is the source of believing and how miracles happen, If our faith decreases our shield (of faith) wears off and we are not protected from the enemy. You may have all the rest of the armour on but in Ephesians 6:11 it says "Put on the full armour of God". The FULL armour of God and if you read in the same chapter from verses 14-17 you will find what we should wear and,
