Righteous God

The  Lord is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does. Psalm 145:17 | NIV Sometimes we  doubt that God is actually fair, just and basically righteous. Job in the Bible thought the same thing too, and God appeared to Him, telling Job that he didn't understand the world in they way He knew it. God's justice is the best for us. Now, BEFORE you go blaming God for stuff, let's think about God. God sent His Son Jesus to die for us-even though we did not deserve it. God's justice and wrath could have been boiled over and mankind would be gone. That is what His Law demanded. Anybody who sinned was in danger of death. But God provided a way for us to be with Him and this is where we should stay. How can we say that God's justice is unfair when He did that? So let's think about and thank God for what He did.  Jesus is a fair person a God who loves us and expects good from us. Follow Him today.

Pleasing and obeying God

"His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’" - Matthew 25:21 Sometime God puts us in charge of little things to test us. We should take advantage of the opportunity and serve God best in this time. God tests almost all the time! You might not see it everyday but God is almost always testing us. When you lose your smartphone for example, God might be testing you to see how much you REALLY love Him. Anyone can say that they love God but they need to SHOW it. When we are faithful to God's laws in times of testing God can put us in charge of many things. We make Jesus happy when we do what He says in His Word, with the Holy Spirit guiding us like I said on Friday. His Word is the path to our lives. "The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple." - Psalm 119:130 Those who are 'simple'

Hebrews 10:29

How much more severely do you think a man deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God under foot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified him, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace. - Hebrews 10:29

Strong when I'm weak

" That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight  in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships,  in persecutions,  in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong." -  2 Corinthians 12:10 Many of us complain about being a Christian because of hardships or persecutions. Look at how much Paul had to face and his heart wails and breaks with pain but he is happy! Happy! And our pain is not as great as what Jesus did on the cross-so you can stop whining mister(or mistress). When I am weak, I am strong. What does this ACTUALLY mean?  Basically, you are on an aircraft. A report comes in that it's lost 2 of its engines. What do you do? This is when you are weak. But then you remember the Gospel of Christ. Your spirit then becomes strong and your hope is reassured. And God saves you and everyone else. So you see, when YOU are weak, YOU are strong.

Keep yourself in control with the Holy Spirit guiding!

"Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self-control." - Proverbs 25:28 Not controlling your self is sometimes a good thing. But it isn't always! For example, temper. Losing your temper to often is something that the devil can use to try and pull you into his kingdom. Getting angry or not being wise can all be used against you if they are not your 'strong points'. God knows we do get weak and have weaknesses but Paul says in 2 Corinthians 12:9 that God helps us the MOST in our weaknesses. We are most helped when we are weak. We should have control of ourselves, our bodily functions is what I mean. Our spirit should be controlled by the Holy Spirit and this is what will give you self-control. Self control is one of the fruit of the Spirit (See Galatians 5:22 for a full list). Sometimes, when we lose control of ourselves it is by God. For example, you could be in a dangerous position. Your car has gone off the road and is heading for a

Brought to Fulness in Christ-Colossians 2:9-10

"For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority." - Colossians 2:9-10  Some people believe that there is some greater power than Christ, above Christianity, and where you can become a God. This verse proves it! That Jesus is the head above all power and authority. Here's another verse to prove it:  "“I said, ‘You are “gods”; you are all sons of the Most High.’" - Psalm 82:6 NIV  Did you read that? God has said we are GODS! We are GODS! You see? Being a Christian is a life of glory and power! We are sons of the Most High and reign with God. Before we make ANY comment let's just think about who God is:  * The Creator of the whole world  * The word of God * Eternal life  * The Redeemer * Our Rock and Saviour  * And so much more!  So you see, reigning with Him is a pleasure! And just imagine we being the Sons of God, we ha

Refuge and Strength is our God.

"God is our refuge and strength, an ever present help in times of need." - Psalm 46:1 Oh, before I start, I am officially starting on Blogger again. From now on(hopefully), I will be posting bible verses daily. ON WITH THE MESSAGE: This verse is SO powerful. Its message can enlighten and make happier our dull, heart broken mood. Knowing that God is there is something that lifts our heart and our faith in God. Just knowing it will be alright is AMAZING. There's always someone there watching, looking after you, even when the storm seems against you and you want to give up. You want to curse God, call Him names, blame Him as the number one cause of your problem. But instead you say, "No!", to the devil and his thoughts. You thank God, worship Him and say 'Thank you Lord for my victory' everyday. Soon your break through comes, bigger and better than you thought it would be. You see? All because of Psalm 46 verse 1 you are propelled to believe God for
