Today’s Topic: Fully Commited

As Christians, we should be completely committed to Jesus. But some of us are living double lives, trying to stick our legs out and be in two different grounds. “Now fear the Lord and serve him with all faithfulness. Throw away the gods your ancestors worshiped beyond the Euphrates River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord.”
Joshua 24:14  Many of us just refuse to obey Jesus by being fully committed. Jesus wants our life to be for Him. As selfish as that may sound, it is the only way we can remain protected from satan and gain eternal life. The main reason we cannot not properly turn away from our bad ways is because of worldly possessions, that lure us away from Christ. For many, it’s just because ‘it’s too hard’, but I promise you, once you have an intimate relationship with the Father, it becomes so much easier. We try to play the double minded game, but then we find ourselves slowly getting away from the Truth. The flesh and Jesus are enemies, and cannot co-exist. Jesus even said, we should either be hot or cold, or else He will spit us out. Choose now, before it is too late.

Humble Is Best!

Direct my footsteps according to your Word; let no sin rule over me. Psalm 119:133  |  NIV   We need to let God's Word rule our lives, directing our footsteps on our journey through life. God is our Director leading us-even of the path LOOKS right, it doesn't mean it IS right. God knows best so we shouldn't be no-it-alls. Humble your self!

Black = Normal post Bold = Question  "Call unto Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know." - Jeremiah 33:3.  Many people either don't believe in God, or become atheists, partly because of this question: Why doesn't God answer some of my prayers?  Answer: This is because of your heart. Before you ask this question you must ask yourself, am I pure? Have I sinned by mistake and need forgiveness? Or are my thoughts starting to make my light darken? Ask yourself these questions and their surely will be an answer.  But why must I ask myself these questions?  " So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart" - 2 Timothy 2:22    If we are not thinking good thoughts or have sinned by mistake or not, we have sta...

What is the wisdom of the world to God? FOOLISHNESS!

“For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.” 1 Corinthians 3:19 KJV http://bible.com/1/1co.3.19.kjv You see, for new born believers, it takes a while for the fact that they cannot be loved by or be part of the world. Unfortunately, this is usually found out after devastating consequences. In this chapter of 1 Corinthians, verse 19, Paul talks about the Wisdom of God being foolishness to the world. This portrays the relationship between a Christian and the world. THEIR SHOULD'NT BE ONE. No-one can sit on the fence. For those of you trying, you still will belong to the darkness. Until you take a step of faith to reach the light, you and your darkness remain. After becoming a Christian, you are made holy. But maintenance and discipline are needed to keep the holiness and remain pure. People begin to defile this holiness by continuing and re-doing their past life! Don't follow them! Remain pure!  ...
