Power of Prayer!

"I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 3 This is good, and pleases God our Saviour, 4 who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth." - 1 Timothy 2: 1-4

Many Christians usually pray for themselves. This isn't bad- we each have a different battle to fight and need to focus on it. But, as 1 Timothy 2 says, that God is pleased when we pray and thank God for all people. Reaching out to people requires you to preach AND PRAY FOR FOLLOWERS. If you are a Pastor, looking for more followers, you must START PRAYING for all people. PRAYING that they may see the glorious Truth. Why is this a big danger?

"Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God" - 2 Corinthians 4:4

We need to start praying that these blind people see the saving Truth and Message of the Gospel. Jesus said,

"He also told them this parable: "Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into a pit?" - Luke 6:39

This is what Satan the Devil wants. People to FALL. Into his trap and never see the Truth. We have to intercept this! Through....
THE POWER OF PRAYER!

Confession: I am a Child of God. Using the power of prayer, I can change things and can bring more followers to Christ.

Direct my footsteps according to your Word; let no sin rule over me. Psalm 119:133  |  NIV   We need to let God's Word rule our lives, directing our footsteps on our journey through life. God is our Director leading us-even of the path LOOKS right, it doesn't mean it IS right. God knows best so we shouldn't be no-it-alls. Humble your self!

Christ Died For Me! Romans 5:8

"But God shows His love for us on that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us" - Romans 5:8 Sin. God. Not friends. God tells us to love one another, but we only have one enemy. Satan.
