With the 7 Spirits of God, anything is Possible !

“And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭11:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬
The spirits mentioned in our verse are are the 7 spirits of God. The 7 spirits of God is what a true Holy-spirit filled Christian should have. Wisdom, understanding, counsel, might etc. The might talked about here is spiritual might, being strong in spirit and faith as well as in the Lord. God wants us to be strong in everything God o with Him. We should go to a fire church, read our Bibles daily (in the morning or evening, a Reading Plan may help), pray every week or even every day, and keep our Christian life Christian daily. Our duty is to be 'light in the darkness'. A wise pastor once said "You are the Bible that people read," meaning that people reflect our behaviour and actions as a guide or personal example. If you are who you claim to be, a Christian, then you must set your behaviour and doings on the Bible. You must do everything the Bible says - without bending anything. You must be able to stand up for what you believe in when you are in a time of temptation. I don't know what your temptation might be but everyone's is different in some way. With the 7 spirits of God, anything is possible!

The Power In The Name

"There is none like God...who rides through Heaven to your help, through the skies in His majesty" - Deuteronomy 33:26  Many of us expect an answer when we pray - immediately. We try to control God  thinking we know best, when God does. But if the Holy Spirit lives in us, patience live in us too, because it is of the Spirit (Gal  5:22 ). We have everything we ever need or ever will need - the only thing you have to do is activate it. The power in the name of Jesus, as soon as you activate it, is ready and available to use. Anyone can say Jesus, but they can't use its power because it's either:  A) not given to them or  B) they don't believe.  What can I do to activate the power?  To activate this power, you need faith and full relying on God. No matter what, even in temptation. You see, a Christian's life is one with more temptation. But that's good - because:  A) We overcome them all!  B) It's when we show and display J...

The Godly Godliness

1 Timothy 4:7 -  7  Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives’ tales;  rather, train yourself to be godly.  The godliness Paul is talking about here means piety to God, a revered holiness. What do I mean? Well, on what we do we should have a holiness for him. Our clothing, people should be able to say 'this is a real Christian'. Our behaviour should also have a holiness. A fear of God. As the Bible says, the fear of God gives life. This holiness is about the things you do, how you respond to God and to the things of God. Our character influences the way we live and what we do-it's the way people determine who you are, for it is always the inner man the speaks out. They are books and magazines you shouldn't read, things you shouldn't watch and games you shouldn't play. The excuse 'it's Christian' won't work this time! Watch with your children - make sure you are sure of what they watch. Never forget who you are in Christ: His own, o...

Humble Is Best!

Direct my footsteps according to your Word; let no sin rule over me. Psalm 119:133  |  NIV   We need to let God's Word rule our lives, directing our footsteps on our journey through life. God is our Director leading us-even of the path LOOKS right, it doesn't mean it IS right. God knows best so we shouldn't be no-it-alls. Humble your self!
