All but Grace!

"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." - Ephesians 2:8-10

 Many of us today don't realise that we are not saved by our works, but by the grace of God. It was the gift of God for us to be saved. Our works could have never done that for us, as we were of a sinful nature. Jesus came, and He didn't have to, to save us. It was of His love, compassion and His grace. We need to get serious with God, and start following Him. But not of our own power or works, but by the Spirit of God and by His grace. His grace is not something we should boast about. But it doesn't stop with just being saved, we need to continue in the path of righteousness. Guys, this is why we need to fully commit our lives to God. To continue in our salvation, we need to follow Jesus wholeheartedly and without any complaining or black sliding. It's amazing how Jesus wanted this to happen to us from the beginning! We should follow Him with all our heart, and remember that's it by grace that we are saved. Not by our own works, but by His love and compassion.

Christ Died For Me! Romans 5:8

"But God shows His love for us on that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us" - Romans 5:8 Sin. God. Not friends. God tells us to love one another, but we only have one enemy. Satan. The person who wants to wipe out mankind forever. One of his main servants is Sin. Something that cannot get is close to God. But how does he bait us in? How? Worldly pleasures.
