Remembering what Xmas is about

It’s Christmas Day, the day when Jesus was born! Jesus was our Saviour, and His birth was the beginning of a huge upgrade plan that God had for us. You see, when Adam died, we lost the image of God. The image of God was taken away from us. So we lost the image of God. But Jesus came to restore us, and bring us back into God’s image, and upgrade us to a higher, more powerful and rich life full of blessings and honour. But don’t think it’s all sit back and relax! No, no, no! You have a responsibility to keep this image and submit to God, to fight the devil. And remember, love was born at Christmas. A Saviour was born at Christmas. Life was born at Christmas. “The beauty of life does not depend on how happy you are, but how happy others can be because of you”. Have a very blessed and merry Christmas!

This means that we have to show our confidence and belief in Christ, before He comes into our hearts. He knows when we want to trick Him or not. So don't bother being cunning! Because wisdom comes from the Lord! So, if our human efforts cannot make faith to work, what can? (Zechariah 4:6) Our confidence and belief in Jesus! We just have to say, "Jesus, take care of this for me. I don't want to any more. I can't do it by my own power." Acknowledging that you can't do it alone, gives you the first step forward.
