Many new-born Christians make a big mistake when they think that life as a Christian will get easier. In fact, you are going to get a huge shock if you keep thinking like that!
This world is in a huge conflict, between light and darkness. When you become a believer, you are removed from the kingdom of darkness and brought into God's kingdom of light. Obviously, Satan is very unhappy and angry 😡, so he tries his hardest to try and get you back, especially by targeting your weakness. Work hard to make your weaknesses strong points, so that Satan finds it even harder to attack! We have fortified armour to protect ourselves from Satan. Persecution and temptation you have never seen before in your life, ones that make you feel like crying, or breaking up, will arise but God will not let you be tempted more than you can take, according to this:
“The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.”
