WEAK!

“The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.”
Psalms 51:17 KJV

Some of us, when we talk to God, God blocks us. Am I talking to some people? But, aren't you asking yourself this question, why?
'Yes, I am. I read the Bible, got to church twice a week, give weekly donations to charity, do 6 hours community work and God doesn't answer my prayers!'

I can already see your problem. Pride. We always think that we are the ones who know best and that, the King πŸ‘‘ of kings and LORD of Lords,  is just 'another guy to be ignored'. This type of behaviour makes many of us very vulnerable to Satan, as this is the weak spot. This is why we must be wise - and make sure we work on our weak spots. Pride is what brings many down. Very down. You see, many people get attracted to Satan ONLY because they want to be successful, and have prosperity. But instead of finding this in Jesus, they got to Satan, and he brings them up. But Satan only brings you up, so that when he brings you down your bones break and you're in pieces! True success and prosperity comes through Jesus, AND HIM ONLY!

STOP HOLDING ONTO FLESH!

“He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.” John 14:21 KJV http://bible.com/1/jhn.14.21.kjv We can see from this verse that a true follower of Jesus obeys his commands. But why do we find it difficult to follow Jesus? It’s because we are still holding onto flesh. We don’t want to let go, we think we can be both of God and of the flesh. But for you to work with God, the flesh must be dead. The flesh is your mind, emotions and your will. I repeat, God cannot work with you if the flesh is still alive. We cannot still hold on to the flesh. We are still sitting on the fence, not going in or out. Jesus said: “So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.” Revelation 3:16 KJV http://bible.com/1/rev.3.16.kjv Let’s stop holding onto the flesh!

The Power In The Name

"There is none like God...who rides through Heaven to your help, through the skies in His majesty" - Deuteronomy 33:26  Many of us expect an answer when we pray - immediately. We try to control God  thinking we know best, when God does. But if the Holy Spirit lives in us, patience live in us too, because it is of the Spirit (Gal  5:22 ). We have everything we ever need or ever will need - the only thing you have to do is activate it. The power in the name of Jesus, as soon as you activate it, is ready and available to use. Anyone can say Jesus, but they can't use its power because it's either:  A) not given to them or  B) they don't believe.  What can I do to activate the power?  To activate this power, you need faith and full relying on God. No matter what, even in temptation. You see, a Christian's life is one with more temptation. But that's good - because:  A) We overcome them all!  B) It's when we show and display J...

Put on the armour! The Armour! The Armour! The Armour of God!

' Order the buckler and shield, and draw near to battle! Harness the horses, and mount up you horsemen! Stand forth with your helmets , polish the spears, put on the armour!  - Jeremiah 46: 3-4 This verse talk about a battle. Not a battle of the physical (the seen) but a battle of the spiritual (the unseen). We need to stand up in the faith! We must defend ourselves from the enemy! "Be clear-minded and alert. Your opponent, the devil, is prowling around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour." - 1 Peter 5:8. What do we need to do to shield us from the enemy? How do we stop "the roaring lion"  from attacking us? Here's the good news! God has given us an armour! The Armour of God (or AOG for short) in Ephesians 6:14-17 talks about this armour what we should wear, do and understand! " Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readine...
