Many people come themselves Christians yet one of these titles, a fornicator, an idolater or of the such, and I'm talking about any sins, according to the Holy Spirit, you aren't going to anywhere near God's Kingdom. You see, you cannot live with sin and walk with Christ. Didn't Jesus say that if you were hot or cold, He would spill you out of His mouth? “So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.”

So - sinners cannot have a relationship with Jesus, and Jesus cannot have a relationship with a sinner. In this verse, we are warned to not be deceived. Heed to this warning! You cannot have 'your own Christianity'! No, because Jesus is the centre of Christianity. He IS Christianity. So, basically, you are not Christian if you have 'your own Christianity'. Do not be deceived - it's either you follow Christ or you do not. Which one?
