WRONG DOCTRINES!

“Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”
Matthew 16:24 KJV

Man Christians make a great mistake when thinking they can be a part time Christian. Christianity is not a lifestyle, or a way of life, it is the life of God given by God for you to live! So, when you decide to follow Jesus, you are not yourself anymore. You MUST live for Christ. In everything you do. EVERYTHING!
You cannot live in the world still. You cannot do all the things you used to do, as a sinner. Jesus must rule now, and what He says, you obey. There is a very wrong doctrine being preached that needs to be stopped.
Many say, the sins that you have committed and will commit God has forgiven.
WRONG!
God forgave your sins, and He made you righteous. He made you sinless; and you want to ruin the righteousness? This actually brings conflict against what the Bible says:

“For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,”
Hebrews 10:26 KJV

And we say we are Christians? There is also another wrong doctrine which needs to be stopped.
When you want to commit a sin, you are allowed to do it as long as you ask God for forgiveness afterwards. And you know it is a sin. And after keeping the rewards of that sin, you begin to shed crocodile tears of how sorry you are to God.
WRONG!
This (again) goes against the Word:

“For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,”
Hebrews 10:26 KJV

As Christians we need to be careful of what we hear and see. We need to be careful of what we allow into our spirits. The Bible says that Jesus did not judge by what He heard or saw, and we must be like Jesus.

“And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:”
Isaiah 11:3 KJV

“Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:”
Philippians 2:5 KJV

Humble Is Best!

Direct my footsteps according to your Word; let no sin rule over me. Psalm 119:133  |  NIV   We need to let God's Word rule our lives, directing our footsteps on our journey through life. God is our Director leading us-even of the path LOOKS right, it doesn't mean it IS right. God knows best so we shouldn't be no-it-alls. Humble your self!

What makes faith work? Learn MORE about faith in this devotional...

"That according to the riches of His glory, He may grant you to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith..." - Ephesians 3:16-17 KJV Okay. I wanted to talk a little bit more on faith. When Paul writes 'dwell in your hearts through faith' what does it mean? This means that we have to show our confidence and belief in Christ, before He comes into our hearts. He knows when we want to trick Him or not. So don't bother being cunning! Because wisdom comes from the Lord! So, if our human efforts cannot make faith to work, what can? (Zechariah 4:6) Our confidence and belief in Jesus! We just have to say, "Jesus, take care of this for me. I don't want to any more. I can't do it by my own power." Acknowledging that you can't do it alone, gives you the first step forward. Then comes the hard bit. When I mean hard, I mean HARD. Because most people people fall away aft...

Why remain pure? Learn about pureness in this amazing devotional....

Key = Blue = Scripture  Red = Answers to questions  Green = Verses to read in your spare time. Black = Normal post Bold = Question  "Call unto Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know." - Jeremiah 33:3.  Many people either don't believe in God, or become atheists, partly because of this question: Why doesn't God answer some of my prayers?  Answer: This is because of your heart. Before you ask this question you must ask yourself, am I pure? Have I sinned by mistake and need forgiveness? Or are my thoughts starting to make my light darken? Ask yourself these questions and their surely will be an answer.  But why must I ask myself these questions?  " So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart" - 2 Timothy 2:22    If we are not thinking good thoughts or have sinned by mistake or not, we have sta...
