GOD Wise!

Do not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become “fools” so that you may become wise.
1 Corinthians 3:18 | NIV

 Many of you out there would probably ask, why does Paul say this? This is because, as a generation of 'independent' humans, we rely on our human wisdom in all, especially by how long we've lived. But, as we read a lot of in the Bible, we know how much havoc relying on our own wisdom has caused! Paul wants to remind us about wisdom, and not just anyone's, but God's wisdom. This wisdom is what makes a Christian know what to do and how to do it in this corrput, vile and destructive world. Even Jesus was sometimes appalled by so-called Christians behaviour!

"And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light."
Luke 16:8

But, why do I get persecuted for showing God's wisdom?

 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God's sight. As it is written: "He catches the wise in their craftiness";
1 Corinthians 3:19

So, be GOD wise!

Christ Died For Me! Romans 5:8

"But God shows His love for us on that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us" - Romans 5:8 Sin. God. Not friends. God tells us to love one another, but we only have one enemy. Satan. The person who wants to wipe out mankind forever. One of his main servants is Sin. Something that cannot get is close to God. But how does he bait us in? How? Worldly pleasures.
