Love WITHOUT Stopping

"Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth." - 1 John 3:18

As Christians, our most important commandment is to love one another. "Behold I give you a new command: love one another as I loved you". This includes everyone in the world. Jesus died for everyone. If we accept his hand, He can help us climb out of our pit. The pit of: sickness, poverty, unbelief , foolishness, problems etc. As children of God, we should mirror Jesus' actions 24/7. Which means we should love 24/7! SEE Philippians 2:5. Even our enemies! But we shouldn't judge by how people look like. For example someone might look really nice, but inside there heart is a different matter. Same thing goes for an ugly person. Their heart might really know God. Loving Jesus is important with our Christian lifestyle. It promotes our other fruits inside us! Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self Control! Children of God follow the Bible and listen to Jesus. If we love others, especially our enemies, they will be shocked at how loving your being to them and ask you how to do it! You will be saving another soul!

Love WITHOUT stopping!

The Power In The Name

"There is none like God...who rides through Heaven to your help, through the skies in His majesty" - Deuteronomy 33:26  Many of us expect an answer when we pray - immediately. We try to control God  thinking we know best, when God does. But if the Holy Spirit lives in us, patience live in us too, because it is of the Spirit (Gal  5:22 ). We have everything we ever need or ever will need - the only thing you have to do is activate it. The power in the name of Jesus, as soon as you activate it, is ready and available to use. Anyone can say Jesus, but they can't use its power because it's either:  A) not given to them or  B) they don't believe.  What can I do to activate the power?  To activate this power, you need faith and full relying on God. No matter what, even in temptation. You see, a Christian's life is one with more temptation. But that's good - because:  A) We overcome them all!  B) It's when we show and display J...

The Godly Godliness

1 Timothy 4:7 -  7  Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives’ tales;  rather, train yourself to be godly.  The godliness Paul is talking about here means piety to God, a revered holiness. What do I mean? Well, on what we do we should have a holiness for him. Our clothing, people should be able to say 'this is a real Christian'. Our behaviour should also have a holiness. A fear of God. As the Bible says, the fear of God gives life. This holiness is about the things you do, how you respond to God and to the things of God. Our character influences the way we live and what we do-it's the way people determine who you are, for it is always the inner man the speaks out. They are books and magazines you shouldn't read, things you shouldn't watch and games you shouldn't play. The excuse 'it's Christian' won't work this time! Watch with your children - make sure you are sure of what they watch. Never forget who you are in Christ: His own, o...

Humble Is Best!

Direct my footsteps according to your Word; let no sin rule over me. Psalm 119:133  |  NIV   We need to let God's Word rule our lives, directing our footsteps on our journey through life. God is our Director leading us-even of the path LOOKS right, it doesn't mean it IS right. God knows best so we shouldn't be no-it-alls. Humble your self!
