God's Power

“With God’s power working in us, God can do much, much more than anything we can ask or think of. To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus for all time, forever and ever. Amen.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭3:20-21‬ ‭ICB

God's power can do a lot than what we think or imagine. God can do, as the ICB translation puts it, much, much more than we can imagine. God has clever and smart ways of helping us and providing for us in trouble. He will do it in a way that you will be surprised at. Or even that you wouldn't believe! Jesus is the one that should be glorified in church.
So why do Catholics pray to Mary?
Now I advise if you are a Catholic to stop reading and unfollow me. What I am about to write is truth. Tough truth. Anyway...

Catholics are very wrong to put Mary as someone to pray too. God says in Exodus 20:3
"You must not have any other gods except me."
A god is something that is either in-line or above Jesus in your life.  It can also be an image or 'god' that you settle with in your mind. This includes the so-called: "Mary lmother of God"
There are many other verses I could mention here that would back-up this statement. God said that we are to pray to God. Mary is NOT the mother of God! Jesus came in the flesh and Mary was chosen for Him to come through. But Jesus was actually God and God has no mother!

The Godly Godliness

1 Timothy 4:7 -  7  Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives’ tales;  rather, train yourself to be godly.  The godliness Paul is talking about here means piety to God, a revered holiness. What do I mean? Well, on what we do we should have a holiness for him. Our clothing, people should be able to say 'this is a real Christian'. Our behaviour should also have a holiness. A fear of God. As the Bible says, the fear of God gives life. This holiness is about the things you do, how you respond to God and to the things of God. Pondering the Bible: How can a good God allow evil?

Well, let’s think all the way back to the beginning. God gave Adam and Eve a choice. To remain in His goodness, and enjoy a peaceful, free life, or go their own way and define good and evil for yourself. We all know what happened. The point I’m trying to make is,  man chose to do evil.  If you decide to deliberately burn yourself by putting your hand in an oven, you can’t blame the cook for that.
