Seek God to obey Him!

"(Jesus)He replied, blessed rather are those who hear the Word of God and obey it" - Luke 11:28

We shouldn't just hear God's Word and do nothing about it! "The Word is a seed, when planted and watered, grows to be great"  - Pastor Sunny of CKMI. Faith is a special seed and only comes or grows when we hear and obey the Word of God. There is stuff in this world sent to distract you, from activating that power to recreate your world. The Devil wants to make your life a wasteland of impurity and failure, but if you set to work with the power to recreate your life. The Word unlocks all the doors Satan has shut. And they stay open forever! "'And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: ‘The words of the holy one, the true one, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut, who shuts and no one opens." - Revelations 3:7.
Jesus lives and abides in you, so He is shutting and opening the doors! See 1 John 4:15 to learn more about this. Satan can only draw you in when the most important priority in your life is anything other than Jesus! Money, your family, games, name it! Anything Other than Jesus! There is always an answer in the Bible! Seek God and obey Him!

Pondering the Bible: How can a good God allow evil?

""The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it?" Jeremiah 17:9 NKJV http://bible.com/114/jer.17.9.nkjv Q:  How can a good God allow evil?  This is the question I get from many Christianity skeptics. Well, let’s think all the way back to the beginning. God gave Adam and Eve a choice. To remain in His goodness, and enjoy a peaceful, free life, or go their own way and define good and evil for yourself. We all know what happened. The point I’m trying to make is,  man chose to do evil.  If you decide to deliberately burn yourself by putting your hand in an oven, you can’t blame the cook for that. It’s the same thing!  Man chose to do evil.  Well, why can’t God get rid of evil?  Do you want to remove your existence? Well, God doesn’t. You see, if God removed evil, He would have to remove man in the process, as man is evil. But He found a way to remove evil from us without wiping us out. He sent Jesus to die for u...

Inspiration Word - 4/26/18

The strength for our conquering and our victory should not be reliant on ourselves, but continually on Christ. The Bible does not teach that sin is completely eradicated from the Christian in this life, but it does teach that sin shall no longer reign over you. The strength and power of sin have been broken. The Christian now has resources available to live above and beyond sin and the world. Whosoever is born of God does not practice sin. It is like the little girl who said that when the devil came knocking with a temptation, she just sent Jesus to the door. Daily Prayer Lord Jesus, I need Your power continually. You know how many times I am tempted. Help me to not be reliant on myself.

DON'T LOOK BACK!

“Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.” Hebrews 10:38-39 KJV http://bible.com/1/heb.10.38-39.kjv  Many of us, when we face troubles or hardships we just give up. 1 year, 2 years then we just give up. Or, even worse, we start to think about joining the world again, drawing back from our eternal life. Satan will give you hardships and challenges, but these are not to destroy you, but strengthen you.  This is why we must not give up. God uses our challenges to strengthen us. We must not draw back from our faith. Jesus told us this: “And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.” Luke 9:62 KJV http://bible.com/1/luk.9.62.kjv So don't look back, back at your past life and start thinking about the world. Focus on Jesus, and remem...
