When and how does God protect us? Learn more in this devotional...

"So do not fear, for I am with you, do not be dismayed because I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right Hand" - Isaiah 41:10

GOD IS SPEAKING HERE!

How do we know if God is with us?
Good question again! Remember, God's Word is His Will. Click here to learn more about this. And God's promises we can rely on, forever! "And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires." - 1 Peter 2:4 So if God promises us that He'll protect us, it is true! No matter what's going on around you just say: God protects me! His promises are inside His Word, which is the truth. SEE John 6:33-36. Anymore questions?

But we all fear sometimes. How can we not fear?
Brilliant question. God's Spirit gives us power, courage and faith in God. So, when we call upon the Lord's Name(click to see more), the Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth. "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you." - John 14:26
See! God's Word says it all! His Spirit guides us!

But, how can I see God working things through in my life when everything is horrible and/or rubbish?
If you asked me that question personally, I wouldn't have been able to answer. But God's Spirit will! And He live in me! So, I can answer this. Like I always say, God tests you to see if your worth it. To see if you'll keep pursuing the light. (Click here for more.) God's watcing us, so things don't get to out of hand. He wants to know if you'll activate that power, that He has given you. So does the Devil! He testing you too! But you know what to do! God rewards you too! See 1 Peter 5:10.

Some of you may want some Bible scriptures to prove what I tell you! This is not wrong! You are right to be looking for scripture backup and do it wih every so-called Christian site you stumble across!

2 Corinthians 1:19-20
For the Son of God, Christ Jesus, who was preached among you by us--by me and Silvanus and Timothy--was not yes and no, but is yes in Him. For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes; therefore also through Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us. Click the scripture name above to read in the website.
He will again have compassion on us; He will tread our iniquities under foot Yes, You will cast all their sins Into the depths of the sea. Click the scripture name above to read in the website.
1 Corinthians 10:13
No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so you can bear it.

Exodus 14:13-14
“And Moses said to the people, ‘Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.’”

Pondering the Bible: How can a good God allow evil?

""The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it?" Jeremiah 17:9 NKJV http://bible.com/114/jer.17.9.nkjv Q:  How can a good God allow evil?  This is the question I get from many Christianity skeptics. Well, let’s think all the way back to the beginning. God gave Adam and Eve a choice. To remain in His goodness, and enjoy a peaceful, free life, or go their own way and define good and evil for yourself. We all know what happened. The point I’m trying to make is,  man chose to do evil.  If you decide to deliberately burn yourself by putting your hand in an oven, you can’t blame the cook for that. It’s the same thing!  Man chose to do evil.  Well, why can’t God get rid of evil?  Do you want to remove your existence? Well, God doesn’t. You see, if God removed evil, He would have to remove man in the process, as man is evil. But He found a way to remove evil from us without wiping us out. He sent Jesus to die for u...

Inspiration Word - 4/26/18

The strength for our conquering and our victory should not be reliant on ourselves, but continually on Christ. The Bible does not teach that sin is completely eradicated from the Christian in this life, but it does teach that sin shall no longer reign over you. The strength and power of sin have been broken. The Christian now has resources available to live above and beyond sin and the world. Whosoever is born of God does not practice sin. It is like the little girl who said that when the devil came knocking with a temptation, she just sent Jesus to the door. Daily Prayer Lord Jesus, I need Your power continually. You know how many times I am tempted. Help me to not be reliant on myself.

DON'T LOOK BACK!

“Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.” Hebrews 10:38-39 KJV http://bible.com/1/heb.10.38-39.kjv  Many of us, when we face troubles or hardships we just give up. 1 year, 2 years then we just give up. Or, even worse, we start to think about joining the world again, drawing back from our eternal life. Satan will give you hardships and challenges, but these are not to destroy you, but strengthen you.  This is why we must not give up. God uses our challenges to strengthen us. We must not draw back from our faith. Jesus told us this: “And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.” Luke 9:62 KJV http://bible.com/1/luk.9.62.kjv So don't look back, back at your past life and start thinking about the world. Focus on Jesus, and remem...
